We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers through this website.

Each vendor's own terms, conditions, and policies apply to your booking. We are not the owner or operator of these services and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any vendor.

We may receive referral commissions or fees from vendors for bookings we arrange.

3. Requests and Availability

Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. All services are subject to availability and are not confirmed until we tell you so in writing. We may decline any request at our discretion.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellations

Prices are quoted per booking and may change until confirmed. Payment terms, deposits, changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant vendor, which we will share with you before you confirm. Some bookings are non-refundable.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Holding valid travel documents, visas, and any required licenses, including a valid driver's license for vehicle rentals
Providing accurate information about your group and requirements
Following vendor rules, local laws, and safety instructions
The conduct of everyone in your party, and any damage caused by them

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for every trip.

6. Assumption of Risk

Travel and activities carry inherent risks. These include, without limitation, boating, swimming in the sea and in cenotes, ATV and off-road vehicle use, nightlife, and travel on local roads. You choose to take part voluntarily and at your own risk, and you agree to follow all safety guidance from the vendor providing the activity.

7. Website Content

We work to keep this site accurate, but descriptions, images, and availability are provided for general information and may change. Images are illustrative and may not show the exact property, vehicle, or venue booked.

All content on this site, including text, images, video, and branding, belongs to Luxury Less Traveled LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

This website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

These include weather, natural events, government action, strikes, and vendor failure.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees we retained for the booking in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Less Traveled LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from the conduct of you or your party.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
